How It Works
- Dictators call in to a local number or our toll-free number, and access the system with their user ID.

Dictators follow voice prompts for reference number, work
type, and keypad control and complete dictation. - Dictation is immediately e-mailed, sent to the designated FTP site for that user, or transferred to a transcription platform.
- Dictation is converted to text by transcriptionist.
Hand-held Device Support
We provide setup, training and support for implementing dictation
capture on Palm and Pocket PC devices. Why have to purchase
and use a separate hand-held dictation device when you are already
